Facebook) or platforms (like Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon), if you access our games through your
accounts with those companies or you choose to connect your accounts with those companies to our apps
and service. The information we receive depends on the Qualitime.ai app you are playing, the third-party
application, your privacy settings, and, if applicable, your friends' privacy settings on that
third-party application or platform, but may include:
• Your first and last name
• Your profile picture or its URL
• Your user identification number (e.g., Facebook ID) or Online handles
• Your friends' user ID numbers and other public data
• The email address provided to that third-party application
• Your gender
• Your birthday, age, and/or age range
• Any Information about your activities on or through connected third-party applications, either
publicly available or that you or the provider of the third-party application shares with
Qualitime.ai.
When you play Qualitime.ai's apps or access any of our Services on connected third-party applications or
platforms (like Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, or Amazon), any purchases you make will be processed
by that third-party and subject to their terms of service and privacy policy. For these purchases,
Qualitime.ai does not receive your financial information, but may receive non-financial information
related to your purchases, like your name, approximate physical location, and the items purchased.

gifs, and device identifiers) to recognize you and save your progress (e.g., completed levels or
puzzles) in our apps across our Service and devices. We and our Partners (defined below) also use

• Your specific geolocation (with your permission). When location services have not been enabled,
we may infer personal information about your location based on your IP address. In most cases, we
also will create a Qualitime.ai -specific ID for you when you use the Service.

providers. We use this information and the information you provide us directly, for instance, to provide
you better Service and show you advertising that we believe is most relevant for you. Purposes of
collection The primary use of the personal information we collect and store is to provide you with the

Your Rights and Options
General
You have the right to correct your personal information, have your personal information deleted, object
to how we use or share your personal information, and restrict how we use or share your personal

Giving Consent and Opting-Out of Personal Information Sharing
European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil (collectively, "Designated Countries")
Consent: If you are located in the Designated Countries, we must first obtain your consent so that we
and our Partners can collect and process your personal information. If you provide consent, we will
collect, use, share, and otherwise process all the personal information for the purposes described
above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by changing your device settings:
• On iOS, you can withdraw your consent by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" under
Settings/Privacy/Advertising on your iOS device and then restarting this app.
• On Android devices, you can withdraw your consent by enabling Opt out of Ads Personalization
under Settings/Google/Ads on your Android device then restarting this app. If you withdraw consent,
we will no longer collect, use, or share personal information unless we have another legal basis for
storing your personal information. If you decide you do not want a personalized advertising
experience, we will not use your personal information for this purpose. However, we will still serve
you contextual advertising – ads targeted to the content or type of app you are using. We will also
still process your personal information when necessary to comply with law (for example, collect your

You can manage many aspects of information collection and use from your device by visiting "settings"
page on your mobile device and reviewing the access permission for each Qualitime.ai app. If you
request, we will provide you a copy of your personal information in an electronic format. You also have
the right to correct your personal information, have your personal information deleted, object to how we
use or share your personal information, and restrict how we use or share your personal information. You

reasonable timeframe. Such requests will be processed in line with local laws. If you have posted user
content (such as, a photo) on the Service, we may not be able to delete it. We will keep certain records

defend, or establish our rights. Although we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your

play our apps and games, like Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, or Amazon, you will need to follow the

Opt Out: at any time, you may direct Qualitime.ai to stop sharing your Personal Information with
thirdparty service providers and other partners. Excessing such right will not affect quality or cost of
